Cervical screening programme deferral

Use this service to request postpone your next cervical screening test.

You can use this service if you:

• are registered at the surgery

You will be invited for screening approximately 5 to 6 weeks before the end of the deferral period.

Before you start

We’ll ask you for:

• your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
• if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of

The reason for postponement and new deferral date must be specified.
