Please do not contact us online for any urgent medical queries as we might not view your request until the next working day.

Your message will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all messages within 2 working days.

To contact us about a new or ongoing symptom/medical issue, please use our online triage/secure messaging service: Accurx – Contact your GP online. Our online triage service is available Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm (excluding Bank Holidays and occasional training afternoons) and is not available at weekends. If this service is currently unavailable, please contact us regarding your medical issue from 7 am on the next working day through Accurx.

If you prefer not to wait until the next working day you can submit your triage request here up to 6:30 pm on our normal working days, however we might not view your message until the next working day.

To contact us about anything admin related, such as request a fit (sick) note, ask about an existing referral, enquire about test results or get help with something else, please visit Accurx.

To request repeat medication online, please order via your online services account, e.g. Patient Access, NHS app. If you haven’t registered for an online services account, information on how to register can be found on the Register for Online Services page.

For urgent matters, please call us on 01744 882606. If we are closed your call will be transferred to the Emergency GP out of hours service.

You can also call 111 or visit NHS 111 online for urgent help or advice.

In an emergency please call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
