Please do not contact us online for any urgent medical queries as this service is only monitored during practice working hours.

Your message will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all messages within three working days.

To contact us about a new or ongoing symptom, or request something admin related, such as requesting a fit (sick) note, asking about an existing referral or test results, or request help with anything else admin related, please use our online service: Accurx – Contact your GP online

To request repeat medication, please order via your online services account if you have one. If you haven’t registered for an online services account (information on how to register can be seen on the Register for Online Services page) you can submit a Repeat Prescription Request which can be found under the Prescriptions and Medicines Centre on our homepage.

If you do have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact the out of hours service by calling 111. In an emergency please call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
