The Friends and Family Test is a survey which started in December 2014 and is an on-going survey throughout the NHS. The results of the survey are published both on the website and in the waiting area on a monthly basis.  You can access the survey at any time via the website or in paper format from the waiting room or any of the consulting rooms during or following consultation.

December 2019 was a very quiet time for the Friends and Family Test box as there were no questionnaires submitted via paper or electronically.
